Because talent, passion and determination should not always be limited by budget.

Rally raid is an extraordinary sport — but also an expensive one.

Building and operating a professional rally team requires motorcycles, mechanics, transport, equipment, accommodation, logistics, registrations and countless hours of preparation. Our commercial rally packages make all of this possible.

But Soul & Nature believes there should also be room for something more.

For the right talented rider, with the right mindset and a story worth supporting, we are open to exploring a different road to the start line.

Maybe you have the talent, experience and determination, but not yet the complete budget. Maybe you are an emerging rider looking for the opportunity to take the next step. Or perhaps your journey, personality or ambitions could inspire others to become part of it.

For selected riders, Soul & Nature may explore alternative ways of creating the required budget together. This could include personal sponsors, team partnerships, external funding, media and content collaborations, brand support or other forms of fair value exchange.

Support does not automatically mean a free rally entry.

It means we are willing to look beyond the traditional customer relationship and explore whether we can build something meaningful together.

We are looking for riders who bring more than speed.

People with commitment, respect, team spirit, personality and the determination to represent Soul & Nature both inside and outside the bivouac.

Whether you are an emerging talent, an experienced privateer, a female rider looking for the next opportunity, or simply someone with an exceptional story and an extraordinary amount of determination — we are willing to listen.

There is no fixed formula and places will always remain extremely limited.
