Meet Jurgen – founder of Soul & Nature
Born and raised in Belgium, Jurgen Van Rompaey has always been driven by creativity, mechanics, and the urge to build.
As a teenager, he spent countless hours drawing bold concepts and technical ideas — from agricultural machinery and trucks to motorcycles, buildings, and custom vehicles. Long before digital rendering became common, imagination and pencil sketches were already shaping worlds that blended engineering with adventure.
Motorsport also became part of that early journey. For nearly five years, motocross was more than a hobby: it was a way of life. Alongside riding, Jurgen designed graphics, visual concepts, and even motocross tracks — combining technical thinking with creativity and terrain design.
At the age of 17, he founded his first earthworks company in 2000 Rovana. It was a natural extension of his passion for machinery, construction, and practical work in the field. While others imagined a future behind a desk, Jurgen chose hands-on experience, real-world problem solving, and entrepreneurship.

Engineering With Purpose
As environmental challenges became increasingly visible, Jurgen felt the need to create solutions with real impact. This led to the creation of a second company: Nature Solutions, focused on rainwater policy, sustainable water systems, and practical environmental engineering.
For more than 18 years, he worked on studies, strategies, and engineering support related to water management and sustainable infrastructure. Today, that expertise continues remotely through consultancy work for companies and partners who value practical knowledge and long-term thinking.
Soul and Nature believes strongly in practical environmental responsibility — creating real solutions for real problems through engineering, smarter infrastructure, and conscious development.
The focus is not on fear-driven narratives, but on meaningful action, resilience, and sustainable systems that genuinely improve the way people live and work together.
Ivette – more than a truck
In 2020, a new chapter began with the creation of Ivette — a self-designed and self-built 6×6 expedition truck based on a 2005 Iveco platform.More than just a vehicle, Ivette became the physical expression of everything Soul and Nature stands for: freedom, mobility, resilience, creativity, and human connection.
The name “Ivette” emerged naturally during the building process. During that period, there was a strong sense of feminine energy rising across the world — strength, intuition, endurance, and grounded leadership that could no longer be ignored. The truck carried that same energy. Combined with its Iveco origins, the name Ivette was born.
But the story does not stop there. “& Co” became an extension of the philosophy itself: companions, travellers, riders, builders, friends, and explorers sharing the road together. Everyone travelling alongside Ivette — whether by motorcycle, 4×4, or simply through shared experiences — becomes part of Ivette & Co.
The expansion – Ive
In 2026, the journey expanded further with the creation of Ive — a dedicated expedition and rally support trailer designed to extend the capabilities of the entire platform.
Together, Ivette and Ivette Ive create a mobile basecamp capable of supporting rally teams, overland travellers, workshops, remote projects, and shared adventures in some of the most isolated places on earth.
With six sleeping spaces, the setup allows friends, family, guests, and collaborators to fully experience life on the road — combining travel, work, motorsport, creativity, and nature into one connected lifestyle.
It is a place where people can gather, learn, create, repair, explore, and reconnect with simpler and more meaningful ways of living.
